NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU MUST HAVE INTERNET ACCESS, AND A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS TO PARTICIPATE. ELIGIBILITY: PROMOTION OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE (OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THE JURISDICTION OF THEIR RESIDENCE, WHICHEVER IS OLDER).   3. Eligibility: The Make Your Moves Count Sweepstakes(“Promotion“) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older). Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the Sponsor, The National Collegiate Athletic Association (“NCAA®“), Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. (“Turner”), CBS Broadcasting Inc. (“CBS”), and each of their respective affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, both individually and collectively) and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, “Released Parties” or “Promotion Entities“), and each such individual’s immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, any child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. 
  4. Promotion Entry Period & Promotion Overview: The Promotion begins on or about 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET“) on March 21, 2024 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on March 28, 2024 (“Promotion Period“). Each new day will start at 12:00 a.m. each day. Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for the Promotion. The Promotion consists of an Instant Win Game and a Random Drawing Sweepstakes which is comprised of (a) the Grand Prize Random Drawing and (b) the Second Chance Random Drawing for any unawarded Instant Win Prizes in the Instant Win Game
  5. How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. There are two (2) methods of entry but you can only play the Instant Win Game via the Online Entry method.

Method #1 (“Online Entry”): During the Promotion Period, (a) visit https://bit.ly/MakeYourMovesCountSweeps (“Website“), (b) locate the “Make Your Moves Count Sweepstakes”, and (c) you will have the opportunity to participate in the Instant Win Game by clicking the “Spin” button (“Spin” or “Play“). Then follow all on screen instructions to complete and submit the Promotion entry form. Upon submission of the Promotion Entry form including answering all questions in its entirety, checking any applicable boxes confirming you meet the eligibility requirements for this Promotion and have read and agree to these Official Rules. Each Spin will allow you to view the reels spinning and when they come to a stop, if the exact same image/symbol is displayed in all three (3) reels, you will be a potential instant prize winner. Immediately after the Spin comes to a stop, a notification will appear indicating whether or not you are the potential winner of an instant win prize.  If you are a potential winner, the notification will also indicate what prize you won, subject to verification. (If a notification of any kind is not displayed or such notification is garbled/corrupted/defective such that it is unclear whether or not an Entrant is a potential prize winner, such notification is void, with Sponsor and Administrator having no liability for the same under any legal theory). 

During the Promotion Period, each completed Promotion entry form within the entry limit will result in one (1) entry into the Random Drawing Sweepstakes regardless of the outcome of the corresponding Play. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, EVEN IF A PLAY DOES NOT RESULT IN THE EXACT SAME IMAGE/SYMBOL BEING DISPLAYED IN ALL THREE (3) REELS, THE PERSON SUBMITTING THE PROMOTION ENTRY FORM IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THAT PLAY WILL BE ENTERED IN THE RANDOM DRAWING SWEEPSTAKES.

You may Play once per Day during the Promotion Period but you can only win one (1) Instant Win Prize (defined below). If all Instant Win Prizes are awarded before the end of the Promotion Period, you will see a message posted on the screen stating that all instant prizes have been awarded, but you may still Play once per day purely for entertainment purposes. In addition, the awarding of all Instant Win Prizes will NOT affect one’s ability to enter the Random Drawing Sweepstakes.

Entries and/or Plays generated by a script, macro, or other automated means or by any means that subverts the Entry, Play or prize claim process (as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion) will be disqualified. Without limiting the foregoing, any attempt to falsify, manipulate or tamper with Entries, notifications or Spins/Plays is prohibited and will result in automatic disqualification forfeiture of any Instant Win Prize won, as well as exposing the person suspected of such conduct to potential legal sanctions. 

As set forth in Rule #8 below, one-hundred and sixty five (165) Instant Win Prizes are available during the Promotion Period; and the winning Spins within the Promotion Period have been randomly paired with certain winning times during the Promotion Period (the winning time and the specific Instant Win Prize also being randomly paired.) The first person who completes and submits an Online Entry (i.e., registers and Spins/Plays) at or immediately after any given randomly pre-selected winning time paired with the winning Spin or Play (as recorded by Administrator’s computer) is the potential winner of the Instant Win Prize paired with such time and winning Spin/Play, subject to verification. Online Entries, Plays/Spins and/or prize claims that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, jumbled, improperly recorded (or not recorded at all) or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant or prize claimant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant or prize claimant. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Participation in the Promotion constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use entrant’s name, city, state, likeness, image, and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation, notification, permission, or approval.

Method #2 (“Instagram Entry“): During the Promotion Period, Sponsor will post a Promotion message (a “Post“) to @TurboTax, the official Turbo Tax page on Instagram. Sponsor may post one (1) or more subsequent reminder posts to @TurboTax during the Promotion Period (also a Post). To enter, take the following actions during the Promotion Period (i) Follow Sponsor (@TurboTax) on Instagram [if you do not already]; (ii) Tag FOUR (4) friends in the comments section (“Comment“) of the Post. To tag someone, type @ followed immediately by their username (ex: “@username”). Don’t include a space between @ and the username. (You should only tag persons who you believe are interested in Sponsor’s TurboTax product, the NCAA® and this Sweepstakes; it is strongly recommended that you secure a person’s consent before tagging them.) You may include additional remarks with your tags, but this is not required. (Nor will the inclusion of additional remarks in any way enhance your odds of winning the Grand Prize; however, if the additional remarks are determined by Sponsor/Administrator to be offensive, hateful, profane, or otherwise objectionable, you will be disqualified from the Promotion and subject to potential legal sanctions.) If you do include an additional remark, all use of the word “Comment” includes the tags and the accompanying remark. Comments must be confined to the feed (on @TurboTax) containing the Post; posting/re-posting your comments on your Instagram account or elsewhere will not affect your ability to enter the Random Drawing Sweepstakes.  Each Instagram Entry will result in one (1) entry into the Random Drawing Sweepstakes provided that the #MakeYourMovesCount and #Sweepstakes(“Promotion Hashtags“) are also included (Collectively “Tag” or “Comment“). Hashtags are not case-sensitive. (Again, Instagram Entry will NOT provide a person with the opportunity to play the Instant Win Game.)

BY TAGGING FOUR (4) FRIENDS ON A DESIGNATED POST WITH THE HASHTAGS #MAKEYOURMOVESCOUNT AND #SWEEPSTAKES, YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND FULLY AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. DO NOT POST A COMMENT ON THE DESIGNATED POST WITHOUT FIRST REVIEWING THESE OFFICIAL RULES. 

If you do not have an Instagram account, you can visit https://instagram.com/ or download the Instagram app on a compatible device from the iTunes App Store or Google Play and create an Instagram account according to the instructions on the website/app. Creating an Instagram account is free. Please note that you must agree to comply with the Meta Platforms, Inc. Terms of Service in order to create an Instagram account. 

Partial or incomplete/piecemeal submissions (e.g., Tagging/Commenting without Promotion Hashtags; posting the Promotion Hashtags without tagging four (4) friends will NOT BE ACCEPTED. (In addition, if you tag more than four [4] friends in your Instagram Entry, this will NOT in any way improve your chances of winning a prize in the Random Drawing Sweepstakes.) Sponsor and the other Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible or liable for any inability to view an Instagram Entry or any part thereof due to any technical difficulty, malfunction or failure of any kind. The preceding includes but is not limited to any filtering or other operation of the Instagram social media platform.

Tag/Comment must be created for the sole purpose of this Promotion and must be posted by the entrant. To be eligible for the Promotion, Tag must be submitted in compliance with the format and other requirements set forth by Instagram.

Once submitted, Tag/Comment becomes the sole property of Sponsor (subject only to the rights of Instagram) and cannot be modified by entrant. By submitting a Tag/Comment, entrant gives permission (and warrants and represents that he/she has obtained all rights necessary to give such permission and grant the license herein described) to Sponsor and its designees and hereby grants Sponsor and its designees a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, sub-licensable, non-exclusive license (herein “License“) to use entrant’s name, likenesses, any additional comments and all other information about the entrant contained in the Tag/Comment on any media and through any means now known or hereafter devised, including without limitation, the World Wide Web, and to otherwise use entrant’s names, likenesses, any additional comments and all other information about entrant in the Tag/Comment, and make derivative works therefrom, without compensation, notice, review or approval for any and all purposes including, without limitation, the advertising, promotion, and publicity of the Promotion, Sponsor’s and/or its designees’ products and services, and as otherwise solely determined by Sponsor and/or its designees. Such License will be confirmed by potential winner upon Sponsor’s/its designees’ request and potential winner agrees to timely complete, sign and deliver any and all necessary documents, including without limitation, documents setting forth any licenses, releases and indemnities that Sponsor and its designees in their sole discretion may require, without condition or compensation of any kind. Sponsor’s failure to receive all documentation from all individuals within the prescribed timeframe, in each instance as required by Sponsor in its sole discretion, may result in the disqualification of the Instagram Entry.

All Instagram Entries must comply with Instagram Terms of Use available at the Instagram Website as applicable, Important note: If your Instagram account is set to “protected mode,” or “private” your updates/responses may not be visible on the applicable @TurboTax timeline and may not thus be received by Sponsor unless you previously consented to permit @TurboTax to see your Instagram updates.

If you opt to access Instagram via your wireless mobile device (only available via participating wireless carriers), data rates may apply for each message sent or received from your handset according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless Internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers’ rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Promotion. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Check your phone’s capabilities for specific instructions.

FOR ALL ENTRIES: Multiple Entries in violation of the preceding limitations and/or mass entry attempts will result in disqualification of, as appropriate, by such person/Instagram account. Entries must be manually key-stroked by the entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties by any method of entry, are prohibited. Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Rules will be disqualified. Sponsor and Administrator will not be responsible for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries. Proof of submission of Entry does not constitute proof of receipt of same or proof of entry. All Entries must be submitted via Website or via Tag/Comment on Instagram prior to expiration of the Promotion Period. By entering this Promotion, Entrants agree to these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor/Administrator, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Promotion.

Bonus Entries: Entrants may earn additional entries (“Bonus Entries”) for a chance to win the Grand Prize only. To receive Bonus Entries, an entrant must first complete and submit a Promotion entry form on the Website (which is preliminarily determined to be eligible by Sponsor/Administrator). Bonus Entries are only available from the Website during the Promotion Period and are not available via Instagram Entry. 

To earn a Bonus Entry, share your Website Entry on your public X account on the Promotion Thank You page. 

For Bonus Entry, proof of performing the specified action is not proof of recordation or receipt of the same by Sponsor/Administrator nor is it proof of receipt of Bonus Entry.

Limit: one (1) Website Entry per person per day during the Promotion Period regardless of the number of email addresses or accounts a person may have; one (1) Instagram Entry per person during the Promotion Period regardless of the number of email addresses or accounts a person may have; and one (1) Bonus Entry per person per day  during the Promotion Period. 

Online Entries, Instagram Entries, and Bonus Entries may be collectively referred to herein as “Entry” or “Entries” from this point on.

6. Random Drawing/Selection Of Winner(s): Potential Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from among all eligible Entries (i.e., Online Entries, Instagram Entries and Bonus Entries) received during the Promotion Period. ANY UNCLAIMED OR FORFEITED INSTANT WIN PRIZE(S), FOR ANY REASON, WILL BE AWARDED VIA RANDOM DRAWING FROM AMONG ALL ELIGIBLE WEBSITE ENTRIES, EXCLUDING BONUS ENTRIES (“Second Chance Random Drawing“). Grand Prize and Second Chance Random Drawings (“Random Drawings“) will be conducted on or about 3/29/24. All Random Drawings will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Promotion.

7. Winner Verification: If you receive a winning notification for the instant win prize or are selected as the potential Grand Prize (or a Second Chance Random Drawing) Winner via the Random Drawing Sweepstakes and you participated on the Website, you will be notified via email by Administrator with instructions on how to claim your prize on or about March 29, 2024. If a potential winner participated via Instagram, they will be notified on Instagram by direct or private message by TurboTax (@TurboTax). It is recommended that you confirm your Instagram notification settings are turned on; it is your sole responsibility to configure your Instagram privacy settings so that you are able to receive a direct message from Sponsor. The initial verification notice will request that potential winner email the Administrator at a specific email address with specific personal information (e.g., full name, and username used to enter the Promotion) within five (24) hours after the notice is sent for potential grand prize; and five (5) days for the Instant win prize. Failure to respond to the initial verification notice within time allowed after the notice is sent with all required information will result in disqualification. Potential Instant Win Prize winners will be required to furnish Sponsor/Administrator with proof of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules; failure to do so will result in disqualification and prize forfeiture. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification, and a Publicity Release where allowed by law within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of notification. If the Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification and Publicity Release is not signed and returned within the allotted timeframe by the potential Grand Prize winner, they will be disqualified, and the prize forfeited without compensation of any kind and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting, from among all remaining eligible entries received for the Grand Prize Drawing. If Instant Win Prize winner or Second Chance Random Drawing Prize winner is determined to be ineligible or in violation of these Official Rules, if they cannot be contacted for any reason and/or if prize is returned as undeliverable, they will be disqualified, and the prize forfeited without compensation of any kind and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received for the Second Chance Random Drawing.

8. Prizes/Odds/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):

One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) 3 day/2 night  trip for one (1) winner and one (1)  guest to attend the March Madness® NCAA® Men’s Basketball Tournament in Phoenix, AZ (“Trip“). Trip includes: round trip coach air transportation for two (2) from a major commercial airport near Winner’s legal residence (as selected by the Sponsor) (“Airport of Origin”) to Phoenix, AZ (”Destination City“) area airport (as chosen by the Sponsor, with possible layovers). However, if Winner resides within one-hundred fifty (150) miles of Destination City (as determined by the Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion), air travel will not be provided to such Winner and ground transportation may be provided instead (and, in such case, no alternate prize or compensation will be provided); (ii) two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) at a Phoenix area hotel (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and; ground transportation to/from airport in Phoenix, AZ; two (2) tickets to attend the March Madness® NCAA® Men’s Basketball Tournament on April 8, 2024 (“Game” or “Event“). Winner will also receive $5,000 awarded as a check in the name of the winner only, and one (1) TurboTax Code.

The total approximate total retail value of the Prize is up to $11,714.00. ONLY ELEMENTS OF THE PRIZE DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE BEING AWARDED TO WINNER. All expenses and other costs not expressly stated in the Prize description are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. Additional Prize restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply.All elements of the Prize shall be subject to any and all local, state, federal and any other applicable COVID-19 protocols, laws and regulations. 

Winner must confirm their ability to travel April 7 – 9, 2024 no later than twenty-four (24) hours from the time of notification in order to remain eligible to receive Grand Prize. If the winner cannot do so, the Grand Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. If a Grand Prize is not awarded due to the selected Grand Prize potential winner, or any alternate Grand Prize potential winner not responding to the notification within the time stated on their notification or within the timeline stated in these Official Rules, or the potential Grand Prize or Guest not submitted Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release documents in ample time for Sponsor and/or Administrator to make the travel arrangements for the Grand Prize winner to attend the Event, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to award the Grand Prize in this Sweepstakes.

Winner shall be solely responsible for all incidental expenses, including ground transportation, meals, tips and gratuities, income and other taxes, and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein. Any and all ground transportation to/from the arena hosting the NCAA® Championship Game and any corresponding accommodations will not be provided by Sponsor and will be Winner’s (and their guest’s) sole responsibility. Winner and guest are also solely responsible for travel to/from their residence and the departure airport.

Failure to provide any information as requested by the time specified by Sponsor or their designee for Prize fulfillment purposes, may result in Winner’s disqualification or forfeiture of the Prize. Sponsor and the applicable Promotion Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to Winner and/or their guest who engage in a non-sportsman like or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the Game, event or exhibition. Under such circumstances, the individual (and/or guest) may be asked to leave and may forfeit all remaining portions of the Prize. 

A refund or cash equivalent will not be provided to Winner in the event that the actual retail value of the Prize is different than the stated ARV. Any portion of the Prize not accepted, or redeemed by the dates or allotted time set forth in these Official Rules, or unclaimed and/or unused by the Winner will be forfeited and will not be substituted and no additional compensation will be provided, no transfer of Prize to a third party is permitted. Sponsor and the Promotion Entities are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of Game or flight cancellation/delay.

If, for any reason whatsoever, Winner and/or guest are unable to travel or participate in the Trip after all Trip-related travel arrangements have been made, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to Winner and/or guest and no alternate winner will be selected. Prize and Prize elements may not be separated or redeemed for cash. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein or at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated Prize, or any portion thereof, should become unavailable for any reason.

Winner and their guest must travel together on specified itinerary as set by the Sponsor/Administrator, including same departure date, destination and return date or Grand Prize may be forfeited in its entirety. The Sponsor/Administrator are not liable for delays, cancellation or unforeseen events related to the flights. Winner and their guest will be solely responsible for obtaining valid identification. In addition, Winner will be required to present a valid credit card at the hotel at the time of check-in. Should Winner not have a credit card/payment instrument with sufficient available credit/funds to pay for a hotel stay of two (2) nights, Winner agrees to sign additional documents and/or take other steps prescribed by Sponsor/Administrator, upon request and without compensation of any kind, so as protect Sponsor and Administrator from incurring any liability for incidentals and/or damage to the hotel room caused during the hotel stay of Winner and/or their guest.

Guest of Winner must complete, sign and return a Liability Release, Publicity Release (where lawful) prior to prize travel. If a Guest is a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, such minor’s parent/legal guardian must be the Winner and sign a Release on their behalf. Should a Winner elect to travel without a Guest (or if Guest fails to timely return signed Release), Grand Prize will be awarded in increments appropriate for a single traveler (that is, the Winner themself) and no alternate prize or compensation will be awarded. Without limitation, winner will only receive one (1) ticket to the National Championship Game.

National Championship Game tickets are non-transferable and must be used on the date specified by Sponsor. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. Resale of Event tickets is prohibited.  Tickets may be directly fulfilled by the Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee. Once the Tickets have been awarded and accepted by the Winner, Sponsor shall have no further responsibility or obligation to a Winner. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the Grand Prize will govern in the event the National Championship Game is not played or held, as applicable, due to weather conditions, a global pandemic, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason.

If for any reason the Prize is unavailable or a Prize or related event, is not played or held, or performance is delayed, canceled or postponed, or for any other reason, Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Promotion in its sole discretion and award a substitute prize, or portion of prize, of comparable or greater value as set forth in these Official Rules.  Sponsor and/or any Promotion Entity reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated Prize should become unavailable (in whole or in part) for any reason. No substitution, transfer, assignment or cash equivalent of the Prize, or any portion thereof, is permitted by the Winner.  Sponsor and the Promotion Entities shall have no responsibility or obligation to a Winner who is unable or unavailable to, or who does not for any reason, accept or utilize a Prize or any portion thereof. Winner agrees to comply with any additional terms and conditions applicable to the Prize. The Prize is provided “as is”; Entrants acknowledge that Sponsor and the Promotion Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize, including any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose.  Any prizes pictured in advertising and other Promotion materials are for illustrative purposes only.

THE VALUE OF THE PRIZE WILL BE TAXABLE TO THE WINNER AS INCOME.  All U.S. federal, state and local tax liability, and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance or use of the Prize not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely the responsibility of the Winner (regardless of whether the prize, in whole or in part, is used). Winner must submit the Taxpayer ID, Social Security Number and/or any other information or documentation Sponsor may require for payment and/or tax reporting purposes, including but not limited to a W-9.

Should a programming, technological or other error, malfunction or failure of any kind result in more than the indicated number of participants winning each type of Instant Win Prize, a random drawing will be held among all eligible claimants to award the designated quantity of Instant Win Prizes (excluding those previously awarded.) IN NO EVENT WILL MORE THAN THE DESIGNATED NUMBER OF EACH TYPE OF INSTANT WIN PRIZE BE AWARDED.

Odds: Odds of winning any Instant Win Prize depends upon when prize has been seeded and time that a participant Plays/Spins during the Promotion Period. Odds of an Instant Win Prize winner winning a specific Instant Win Prize are: (a) TurboTax Swag Box, 1:11; (b) TurboTax Voucher Code, 1:3.3; (c) Visa® e-gift card, 1:1.7.

Odds of winning the Grand Prize or a prize awarded via the Second Chance Random Drawing (if applicable) depends on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.

In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized account holder of the e-mail account used in the applicable entry (including the e-mail account associated with an Instagram handle). “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address and he/she must fully comply with these Rules.

General Conditions and Limitations of Liability: By participating in this Promotion, entrants, agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Promotion Entities, as well as each of their respective officers, directors, employees, independent contractors, agents and representatives and each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns, as well as Meta Platforms,  Inc. and X Corp. Governing Law/Jurisdiction: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules or the rights and obligations of participants or Intuit in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the state of California, without giving any effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.  Any dispute shall be resolved in a court of law in Santa Clara County, California.
