  1. Because the IRS under this law has no legal recourse to collect a penalty from you unless you have a refund due which they can grab, how can TurboTax help to ensure you do not have a refund in any given tax year ?

  2. Will Affordable Care Premiums be deductible on my 2015 taxes for the year 2014? Will I have to claim the Gov’t Subsidy as income also?
