PAID FULL PRICE TO SEND BOTH FERERAL & STATE TAX IN ELECTRONICLY . IN 20011 GOT NOTICE FROM THE IRS THEY DID NOT RECEIVE MY 2009 TAX FILING . HAD TO GATHER ALL FORMS AND SEND THEM TO IRS . CONFERRING WITH TURBOTAX ABOUT THIS MATTER IS NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE ! SO THERE IS MY MONEY I PAID TURBOTAX DOWN THE CRAPPER !

Thank you for your feedback. Just want to clarify, “Affect” was used as a verb in the title. “Affect” with an “A” is typically used as a verb and “Effect” with an “E” is used as a noun. “Affect” used with an “A” is typically used when you say one thing has an impact on another so the title could read as “Affiliate Tax: The IMPACT On Interstate E-Commerce”.

I hope this clarifies the use of “Affect” in the title.
