So the answer is YES, persons that have been in jail will have to file their previous returns if they were in jail

Many prisoners do have income for the time prior to their going to prison. Thus they have to file income tax returns for those years. If Al capne had filed his tax returns he dove not end up in Alcatraz.

what is the form number a husband needs for his wife who is incaracerated for filing taxes?

Even the accountant cannot find it and we were told it exists. Need it for the bank when the return comes back and they refuse to cash the check!
