I paid $50+ for Turbo-tax deluxe. There was nothing on the outer or inner package that stated when I was finished entering my data, I would have to wait two weeks before I could finish my return because some 42 forms were not available. This is unethical business practice. I could have chosen another option, including directly contacting the IRS to get the "real story" about the forms. The automated phone system at Turbo Tax did not offer a refund option. I would prefer that even if I do have to wait. Taking my money and having me execute the process, expecting to have my $5500 on the way to me in 10 days was a "dirting/unethical trick" and it sickens me to feel this helpless against a marketing giant like Turbo Tax. Is there anything I can do?
